One of my students last Sunday couldn’t get it quite together at first with coaching on track. I asked him to get a drink and then focus 100% on the few things I just said and imagine while having a break.
When he jumped back into the car, he suddenly became almost 7 seconds faster than before.
Amazing, so I congratulated the driver.

That’s why I love coaching people - there is always room for improvement - if you believe in it, if you practice it!
