New menu with new dishes from next week Tuesday, including the mussels.
Choices of the mussels from Zeeland are:
* Mussels traditional style
* Mussels with garlic
* Mussels with garlic and cream
* Mussels with white wine
* Mussels Passade with red curry, coconut milk and lemon grass
And yes the Jumbo mussels are already from soil cultivation (bodem cultuur) and not the hanging cultivation (hang cultuur) and they taste great!
