Yesterday we added 3 new talents to our team 🦸🏽‍♂️. We've revamped our employee onboarding process to roll out the purple-blue carpet for new Friction Fighters. Here's how we go about it:

🔷 New employees start their first day at 1 PM, ensuring they kick off their adventure fresh and energized with a doorstep-delivered breakfast and a personalized newsletter in their mailbox: 'Your First Daily Paper.' Who wouldn't want to start an otherwise stressful day with a delicious breakfast and high-quality literature?

🔷 They're warmly welcomed by Janne Kegels (our HR manager) and Hanna Vande Vyvere (one of the ‘ancien’ team members), who give them the inside scoop on Zero Friction and everything HR. We explain everything they need to know so they are armed against the question fire about their new job.

🔷 After setting up their equipements and tools, they dive into a personalised checklist for the first week so they don’t feel lost and can get over the practical stuff. As the Flemish saying goes: ‘A man prepared is worth two’.

🔷 We encourage new Friction Fighters to finish their workdays on time, especially during their first week, so they can process all the new information and impressions—and maybe brag to their loved ones about how great their new job is! 😉
