Perfect voor een girls night, verjaardag, team moment of gewoon samen sporten in alle rust.

Private reformer sessies mogelijk voor groepen van 5 of 6 personen in onze boutique studio in Sint-Job-in-’t-Goor 🤍

Pilates gaat niet over zo hard mogelijk trainen.
Het gaat over controle, kracht en bewust bewegen. ✨
