🇧🇪 Belgian Track Championships 🇧🇪

🌲Traditionally, the Christmas holidays bring the Belgian Track Championships, and our riders delivered once again. They brought home no less than 51 medals, including 23 golds 🥇, shared across 11 different athletes.
⏱️ powered to a new 3000m individual pursuit track record, while .vydt matched the feat in the kilo.
🍫 And with 8 fourth places on top of that, our riders can be proud of their performances.

On to the next championships at the end of January 👀

🌎 European Youth Olympics 🇪🇺

🥈 Two silver medals for our riders at EYOF, an event with 49 participating countries, with the best riders Europe has to offer in the U17 category 💪🏻

🏆 took 🥈 in the Men’s time trial, 5 seconds behind a rider from Switzerland.

💐 .meeusen1 sprinted to 🥈 in the Women’s road race after an Italian rider.

With .vydt we even had a 3rd rider participating in this highly regarded event. Jules ended in the lead group just behind the 7 leaders in the road race.

🌎 International success for our youngsters 🎉

🥇 .meeusen1 sprinted to victory in the WU17 version of Gent-Wevelgem after a strong attack on the infamous Kemmelberg led to a leading group of 5 riders.

🏆 rode to 🥈 in the prologue of the Course de la Paix 🇨🇿 and took 🥉in the Queen stage. In the final time trial Sander placed 4th which was also his result in the final GC in one of the biggest stage races of the U17 category 💪🏻

🥇 Last but not least, sprinted to victory in Knesselare
