🎨 Latte art he become a true staple for specialty coffee places all over the 🌍 nowadays and, while it's a fun little extra, there's a lot of science behind creating the perfect silky smooth microfoam and it does require practice, practice and even more practice.
✨ One of the ways you can check if your frothing was done properly is if the art stays until the very end without getting washed out. And I honestly love taking a sip, looking at the cup, taking another sip etc. It just feels good, I guess 😅

📚 As my pfp right now might suggest, I like pouring swans. 😅 For a lot of starting (home)baristas and latte artists it's the first of the more complex patterns they learn. That was also the case for me.
🤔 The reason for this is that it's a rather easy figure to get the hang of after you mastered the first three big ones, namely the heart ❤️, tulip 🌷 and Rosetta 🌿 for it's a simple combination of those three with a slight twist!
