A friendly update from Prep Kitchen Begijnenstraat 🌿

As we prepare to launch our new summer food and drinks menu, we’ll be taking a short transitional break.

Prep Kitchen Begijnenstraat will be closed from 12 June and will reopen on 19 June with fresh ingredients, fresh energy, and floristry.

In the meantime, our Groen Kwartier location will remain open as usual, serving delicious food and drinks, with our sunny terrace ready to welcome you ☀️

Our most popular summer time dish this week☀️

Filled with goodness our burratina with cœur de boeuf, watermelon and smoked clementine dressing!

This dish is also available as a delicious vegan option 🌱

They say if you drink too much coffee, you’ll become one… honestly doesn’t sound too bad!

Both Prep Kitchen locations will be open all weekend serving fresh food & drinks ☀️

For Antwerp Coffee Week, The Prep becomes a coffee-focused café space with a curated archive selection from the Baroque Baroque collection.

Throughout the space you’ll find collected objects, tableware, silverware, trays, serving pieces, and vintage items integrated into the café environment. Selected pieces from the archive will be available for purchase.

Specialty coffee and pastries will be served throughout both weekends.
