Following Chef Viki Geunes’ recent visit to Rutz*** in Berlin, Marco Müller now joins him at Zilte*** for an Exquis Four Hands lunch on Sunday June 7th.

Müller's adventurous spirit has never wavered from a single conviction: that innovation and sustainability are not opposites, but partners. An encounter between two chefs who share an uncompromising commitment to intentional sourcing.

For one afternoon, both kitchens meet in an eight-course tasting menu, preceded by amuse-bouches and accompanied by a carefully selected wine pairing.
