আবূ দাঊদ (রহঃ) ... হুরায়স ইবনু কাবীসাহ (রহঃ) থেকে বর্ণিত। তিনি বলেন যে, আমি মদিনা এসে আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট দোয়া করি, হে আল্লাহ! আপনি আমাকে একজন সৎ সঙ্গী দান করুন। তারপর আমি এসে আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ)-এর মজলিসে বসলাম এবং তাঁকে বললাম যে, আমি মহান আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট একজন সৎ সঙ্গী পাওয়ার জন্য দোয়া করেছি। অতএব আপনি রাসূলুল্লাহ্‌ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-এর নিকট থেকে শোনা এমন একটি হাদিস আমাকে বর্ণনা করুন যা দ্বারা আল্লাহ্‌ আমাকে উপকৃত করবেন। আবূ হুরায়রা (রাঃ) বললেন, আমি রাসূলুল্লাহ্‌ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম-কে বলতে শুনেছি, কিয়ামতের দিন সর্বপ্রথম তাঁর বান্দা থেকে সালাতের হিসাব নেওয়া হবে। সালাত যথাযথভাবে আদায় হয়ে থাকলে সে সফল হবে ও মুক্তি পাবে। সালাত যথাযথ আদায় না হয়ে থাকলে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত ও ধ্বংস হবে। হাম্মাম বলেন, ‘আমি জানি না- এটা কাতাদার কথা না হাদিসের অংশ। যদি ফরয সালাত কিছু কম হয়ে থাকে তবে আল্লাহ্‌ (ফেরেশতাদের) বলবেন, আমার বান্দার কোন নফল সালাত আছে কি না? থাকলে তা দ্বারা ফরয পূর্ণ করে দেওয়া হবে। এরপর অন্যান্য আমলের ব্যাপারেও একই অবস্থা হবে।

It was narrated that Huraith bin Qabisah said: "I arrived in Al-Madinah and said: 'O Allah, make it easy for me to find a righteous companion.' Then I sat with Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, and said: 'I prayed to Allah to help me find a righteous companion.' So tell me a Hadith that you heard from the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), so that Allah might benefit me from it. He said: 'I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) say: "The first thing for which a person will be brought to account will be his Salah. If it is sound then he will have succeeded, be salvaged, but if it is not then he will have lost and be doomed." - (One of the narrators) Hammam said: "I do not know whether this was the words of Qatadah or part of the report." - "If anything is lacking from his obligatory prayers, He will say: 'Look and see whether My slave has any voluntary prayers to make up for what is deficient from his obligatory prayers.' Then all of his deeds will be dealt with in like manner."

আবূ হুরাইরাহ (রাযিঃ) হতে বর্ণিত আছে যে, নাবী সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেছেনঃ কুরআনের মধ্যে ত্রিশ আয়াত বিশিষ্ট একটি সূরা আছে যেটি কারো পক্ষে সুপারিশ করলে তাকে মাফ করে দেয়া হয়। এ সূরাটি হল তাবারাকাল্লায়ী বিয়াদিহিল মুলক।

Narrated Abu Hurairah: that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Indeed there is a Surah in the Qur'an of thirty Ayat, which intercedes for a man until he is forgiven. It is [Surah] Tabarak Alladhi Biyadihil-Mulk."

আল্লাহ কারো উপর এমন কোন দায়িত্ব চাপিয়ে দেন না যা তার সাধ্যাতীত। সে ভাল যা উপার্জন করে তার প্রতিফল তারই, আর মন্দ যা কামাই করে তার প্রতিফল তার উপরই বার্তায়। হে আমাদের রব! যদি আমরা বিস্মৃৎ হই অথবা ভুল করি তবে আপনি আমাদেরকে পাকড়াও করবেন না। হে আমাদের রব! আমাদের পূর্ববর্তীগণের উপর যেমন বোঝা চাপিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন আমাদের উপর তেমন বোঝা চাপিয়ে দিবেন না। হে আমাদের রব! আপনি আমাদেরকে এমন কিছু বহন করাবেন না যার সামর্থ আমাদের নেই। আর আপনি আমাদের পাপ মোচন করুন, আমাদের ক্ষমা করুন, আমাদের প্রতি দয়া করুন, আপনিই আমাদের অভিভাবক। অতএব কাফির সম্প্রদায়ের বিরুদ্ধে আমাদেরকে সাহায্য করুন।

Allah burdens not a person beyond his scope. He gets reward for that (good) which he has earned, and he is punished for that (evil) which he has earned. "Our Lord! Punish us not if we forget or fall into error, our Lord! Lay not on us a burden like that which You did lay on those before us (Jews and Christians); our Lord! Put not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear. Pardon us and grant us Forgiveness. Have mercy on us. You are our Maula (Patron, Suppor-ter and Protector, etc.) and give us victory over the disbelieving people.
