They posted this photo collaging with their logo to acknowledge their fans. Real Madrid officials may personally recognize Israel or may not, but it's not about recognizing Israel.

Real Madrid posted 74 more photos just like this one, collaging with 74 different country flags on the same day, including Muslim-majority countries like Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Libya and others. (Check comments for a screenshot).

Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Algeria & Libya has no diplomatic relations with Israel, they don’t recognise them. There are no logics to keep all photos in one album, posting in the same day if it was about acknowledging Israel.

Additionally, the album where they stored these photos is named "Hala Madrid," which is the main slogan for Real Madrid supporters.
