✪An unmarried 21-year-old woman presented with a huge right breast lump that had been noticed for 2 months. Her right breast was unusually large compared to the left. Unfortunately, she had delayed seeking care, assuming the asymmetry was normal. It is surprising that such a well-educated person was unaware of the warning signs.

✪clinical features--A large, pendulous breast lesion that is firm, involves all four quadrants of the breast, and presents with overlying shiny, thin skin and engorged veins.

✪Ultrasound shows
✔A large mixed echogenic predominantly hypoechoic solid mass lesion with minimal internal vascularity about
12.1 x 9.3 x7.7cm (Vol-465cc) noted in subareolar region involving all 4 quadrant, and almost 80% of breast parenchyma.
(Note--the size of tumor is taken with curvilinear probe)
✔Few enlarged LNs with normal morphology noted in rt axilla.

✪Diagnosis
✔features suggest large phylloids

✪D/D
✔Gaint fibroadenoma
✔Primary breast sarcoma(due to rapid growth)but internal vascularity is not indicating sarcoma.
