Job Title: Executive – Industrial Engineering
Location: Croydon Kowloon Designs Limited, PLOT # 136-139, DEPZ, Ganakbari, Ashulia, Dhaka.

Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Industrial Engineering in a reputed garments factory (Experience in jacket manufacturing will be highly preferred).

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct SMV calculation, time study, and motion study for jacket production processes.
- Perform line balancing, layout planning, and capacity analysis for jacket production lines.
- Monitor daily production efficiency and identify bottlenecks in jacket sewing operations.
- Work closely with production, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth production flow.
- Implement method improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
- Support the implementation of Lean tools (5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly efficiency and production reports.

Skills and Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE) / Textile Engineering from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of garment production processes, particularly jacket manufacturing.
- Expertise in SMV calculation, line balancing, and method study.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.

• Bachelor’s degree in discipline (Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field will preferred )
• Post Graduate Diploma in SCM will preferred

:
• Minimum 0-1 year of relevant experience in Garments/Textile/Outerwear factory experience preferred

:
• Assist in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Support inventory management processes and ensure accurate stock records
• Monitor stock levels and assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth material flow
• Ensure proper documentation for all inbound and outbound shipments
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Assist in implementing warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements
• Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements in warehouse processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

: 25,000/- (Upon successful completion of the six-month probationary period, the salary will be revised and increased)
