Skin Diseases and Treatments: (Part-1)
Skin contact:

The outer covering of the human body is called the skin. It is the largest of the five senses in the human body. It protects all the muscles, bones, ligaments and internal organs of the body. Latin cutis - The origin of the word cutenias from the word skin. Cutaneous means skin.

Skin work:
1. Protection:
The skin protects the body from various external and internal germs or infections.

2. Sensation:
As the skin has different types of nerve connections, it can feel hot, cold, pressure, vibration and muscle aches.

3. Heat regulation:
We can control energy loss through the blood flow to the skin through radiation, convection and conduction.

4. Control of Evaporation:
Helps to keep skin moisturized and free from dryness.

5. Storage and Synthesis: The skin acts as a reservoir for lipid and water storage.
Absorption: A small amount of oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide is scattered or absorbed through the epidermis. Some animals breathe through their skin, such as snakes.
Water resistance:
The skin acts as a water repellent so that the essential nutrients cannot be excreted with the water.

Different layers of skin: Human skin is basically divided into three layers-

1. AP Dermis: which is waterproof and anti-infective.
2. Dermis: which is marked as a skin appendage.
3. Hypodermis: This is known as subcutaneous adipose layer.

Definition of pathology:
Pathology is the branch of medical science that deals with the causes, nature, normal history, and changes caused by diseases of various organs.

The purpose of the pathology test is:
1. The main purpose of pathology is to find out the cause of any disease.
2. The extent to which the treatment of the disease has been justified can be ascertained through pathology.
3. Changes in the cells, tissues, or organs caused by various diseases are soon known.
4. The type of disease is accurately diagnosed through pathology. An accurate idea of ​​the type of germ of different diseases is found.
