It is a duplex residence that designed with topography, context, material availability, and user and spatial needs, users preferences. The architectural concept comes from a search to achieve the simple, without falling into simplicity, with a total absence of ornamentation. There is “WATER LILY POND” to feel fresh and create a comfortable cool environment for the indoor space. The materiality of the house follows the concept of the use of raw, naked noble materials, expressing their nature and generating a respectful relationship with the environment.
