📌 Job Type: Full-Time, Offline / Onsite (Not Remote)
🏢 Work Location: Level-7D, Hi-Tech Park, Rajshahi.

🚀 NT Tech Innovation is looking for proactive designers & fast learners who are eager to enhance the products we are building and support our clients.

✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Have a good eye for design and knowledge of modern trends.
• Understand product briefs and design from client requirements.
• Pay attention to detail (graphic design skills will be a plus).
• Collaborate with developers, and stakeholders.
• Understand the basics of UX journeys.
• Keep design files well-organized with proper layers.
• Be open to feedback from both clients and colleagues.
• Use Figma and other design tools at an optimal level.
• Use AI tools (v0.dev, Lovable) to accelerate layout and content ideation

🧠 Required Skills:
• Graphic Design skills (a must-have).
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
• Awareness of modern UI trends.
• Willingness to learn more about UX.
• Professionalism in work & portfolio presentation.

📄 Job Details:
📆 Workdays: Saturday to Thursday (6 days/week)
🕘 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💰 Salary: Negotiable (Based on Experience)
