Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree / Honors

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities & Context

• Build and maintain a positive relationship between workers and management.
• Provide daily counseling to support workers in achieving organizational goals.
• Address worker grievances with diplomacy.
• Motivate workers to meet production targets.
• Conduct orientation and awareness programs as required by buyers.
• Lead the participation committee and conduct meetings in compliance with legal standards.
• Manage and prepare for various compliance audits (BSCI, CTPAT, WRAP, SEDEX, SCAN, SCI, GRS, FSC, Better Work, Walmart, VF, PRIMARK, NEXT, TARGET, TESCO, PVH).
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace environment.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
