Untitled Movement

I haven’t posted in awhile, and this amazing moment felt like it needed to be on the grid.⁣

I had THE best surprise guest in my class this morning. This beauty is one of my virtual movers from NYC and today was her FIRST IN-PERSON UM class experience in San Diego! I saw her in the hallway before class and I literally thought I was dreaming, not able to fully believe that I was actually seeing Grace in the flesh after only seeing her on Zoom over the past 3 years. We used to take Saturday morning yoga together with the amazing Kajuan Douglas from the magical days at the Merge New York studio. And then Grace started taking my virtual class once the pandemic hit. This woman is just beautiful inside and out, and truly has the most generous heart. Being able to hug her today was surreal. ⁣

My heart was soaring and fluttering from this most precious surprise. I love you Grace and moving and dancing with you made my whole day! 💜💜
