Lately, I’ve been choosing silence.😌
Not because nothing is happening, but because too much is happening.🫠
I’m learning to carry my battles quietly, to heal without explaining, and to grow without announcing it. Not everyone needs access to my pain, my plans, or my process anymore. Some chapters are meant to be lived, not shared.😇
Life has been teaching me lessons that words can’t fully explain. I’m changing, slowly and honestly—learning who to trust, what to let go of, and how to protect my peace. I still smile, I still move forward, but behind that smile there’s growth, reflection, and a lot of self-work.😌
This isn’t distance, it’s boundaries.

Isn't it strange That when we start to heal we often become sad. You'd think getting better would feel like relief.But instead it feels heavy because when you start to see clearly. You also start to see everything.You once ignored all the years. You suffered quietly all the love. You gave to people who never knew how to hold to it. All the versions of yourself thats deserve better and never received healing doesn't just open ,your eyes it opens your heart. stop making excuses for people who failed you stop justifying what broke you that sudness .you feel now it's not weekness It's honesty so feel the sadness sit in it let it wash over .you the person you're slowly becoming that's who are you were always meant to be.
