The SMW5 Consortium will perform a scheduled maintenance activity on the SMW5 cable system.

Maintenance Schedule:
Start Time: 09-04-2026, 10:00 PM (Bangladesh Standard Time)
End Time: 13-04-2026, 06:00 AM (Bangladesh Standard Time)

Impact:
During the maintenance window, SMW5 capacity will be unavailable, and traffic will be rerouted via SMW4 and ITC networks.

Precaution:
We have already arranged sufficient upstream capacity through the SMW4 cable system and ITC networks. Therefore, we will ensure full committed bandwidth for customers. However, during the maintenance activity, You may may experience minor latency variations and packet loss to certain destination networks.
