Integration Made Simple: A BTL Marketing Success Story | E-BIT | DIM

Background: E-BIT, an ERP solution provider for apparel and textile manufacturers in Bangladesh, aimed to exhibit its expertise in integration at the BASIS SOFT EXPO 2023. Esquire Technology Ltd entrusted DIM with the responsibility of curating a highly interactive stall to showcase E-BIT's advanced capabilities.

Objectives: To effectively demonstrate E-BIT's core competencies in integration through a captivating and interactive exhibit that attracts high footfall and delivers an exceptional marketing experience to visitors.

Strategy: DIM adopted a marketing approach to create an immersive brand experience for visitors at BASIS SOFT EXPO 2023. The interactive stall featured cutting-edge technology, including four TVs with a video play button, two hologram fans, and dynamic RGB LED light strips. Visitors were invited to experience E-BIT's core offerings of integration by pressing the button. To add more excitement there was another offer: visitors can win a gift by sharing their experience on social media. The use of hologram technology was a strategic move to break through the clutter and capture visitors' attention.

Ex*****on: The stall was successfully installed at the BASIS SOFT EXPO 2023, providing a platform for E-BIT representatives to engage with potential clients and showcase the product's capabilities. The stall also received significant media coverage from Independent TV (https://bit.ly/40B6Qif ) and Brand Practitioners Bangladesh (https://bit.ly/40heRsJ ) through digital PR, amplifying the reach of the brand beyond the exhibition hall.

Results: According to the Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS), BASIS SoftExpo 2023 has attracted almost 100,000 visitors in just four days. The interactive stall that DIM designed drew in over 300+ visitors each day, while the social media campaign generated a whopping 92,478 engagements and a reach of 5,17,274 on E-BIT’s page. The digital PR coverage amplified the product's visibility to a wider audience, further increasing engagement.

Conclusion: DIM's innovative approach effectively showcased E-BIT's core offerings of integration at BASIS SOFT EXPO 2023. The social media campaign and digital PR coverage resulted in increased engagement and boosted the product's visibility.
