โ€ข Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management
โ€ข Proven leadership experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Toiletries industries
โ€ข Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and team management skills
โ€ข Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
โ€ข Ability to drive business growth in a highly competitive market
