I have mentioned some points here for struggling English speakers.

1. The speaker is only fluent because he doesn't care about being judged.

2. During the course of his talk, he made quite a few slips, but immediately corrected himself (this is a perfect example of spoken speech). He is not even afraid or embarrassed to repeat the same word for clarity.

3. He used fillers in pretty much all of it(You know, um, and ahs). Why? Because if you want to maintain spoken fluency and stretch it for longer periods of time then using fillers can be vital.

People may not take him seriously for his imperfection, but that was entirely the purpose of this video. He just wanted to show that in spoken English you just let go and do not get hung up on being 'perfect'.
