The 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 who grow the fastest can do 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 at once - think big and sweat the details. 🎯

Most people are naturally better at one or the other.

The good news? Both skills can be learned. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲'𝘀 𝗵𝗼𝘄 👇

→ 𝗔𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 🗺️ Before diving into ex*****on, get clear on what a campaign is actually trying to achieve. Write the goals at the top of every brief and every shared doc. Keep the "why" visible so the team never loses sight of it.

→ 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 🗓️ If your calendar is packed with tasks, you'll never zoom out. Schedule dedicated time, even 30 minutes a week, to step back, assess long-term challenges, and think beyond what's due tomorrow.

→ 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿 🤝 Pair up with someone whose strengths complement yours. Big-picture thinkers need detail-oriented partners and vice versa. You'll both get sharper and more honest feedback without the politics. (An AI agent could do too, if you can't find someone to give you time).

→ 𝗦𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 🔎 Multitasking kills accuracy. Focus on one task at a time. Ask more specific questions. And occasionally revisit tasks you've already delegated — marketing changes fast, and staying close to the details keeps your planning realistic.

𝘚𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘦𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 is just a dream. 𝘌𝘹𝘦𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘺 is just busy work.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 live comfortably in both worlds. 💡

The best marketers don't guess. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵. 🔍

Too many marketing decisions are based on gut feelings and big predictions with no evidence to back them up.

Data won't eliminate risk, but it will make you a lot smarter about which risks to take.

Here's where to find the data that actually matters 👇

→ 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁-𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 📊 Your website, app, CRM, social profiles - this is gold. It tells you exactly how your customers behave, what they respond to, and what they don't. This is your North Star. Use it first.

→ 𝗚𝗼 𝗱𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 🎙️ Surveys, interviews, focus groups: ask your customers directly. It takes more time and budget, but the insights are specific, fresh, and impossible to get anywhere else.

→ 𝗭𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 🌐 Industry reports, government data, trade associations, research firms - great for spotting broad trends, market shifts, and what competitors are doing. It's not specific to your brand, but it's fast and free.

The best approach? Use all 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.

Your own data tells you what's happening with your customers. Primary research tells you why. Secondary research tells you where the market is heading.

That combination turns guesswork into confident decisions. 💡

2 hours a day in traffic.

60 hours a month.

720 hours a year.

That's 30 full days. Gone.

A few years ago, I stopped driving my own car in Dhaka and started using that time to read, learn, nap, and think.

It became the most productive decision I've made as an entrepreneur.

Wrote about why 👇
