𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and market presence. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around sales and marketing activities, with a focus on data collection, lead generation, and sales conversion. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Proactively identify and research potential leads, customers, and market segments. Use various online and offline sources to collect data and create a database of potential clients.
• 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Analyze market data to identify opportunities and threats.
• 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations.
• 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: Schedule and conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products/services. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.
• 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀: Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.
• 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗽: Gather feedback from clients and market interactions to improve our products/services and sales processes.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, B.Sc. in CSE, Diploma in Computer Science, HSC or a related field preferred.
