On 8 July 2026, MOMODa FOUNDATION successfully conducted the 1st day of the 2-day Training on Quantitative and Qualitative Survey for the project "Implementing Evaluation Research on Demand Generation Effectiveness, Training Effectiveness, Field Adherence, Implementation Fidelity, and Customer Experience for the Reading Glasses for Improved Livelihoods (RGIL) Program in 28 Districts" at the Corporate Office of MOMODa FOUNDATION.

The training focused on equipping field personnel with the knowledge and practical skills required to conduct high-quality quantitative and qualitative surveys. Participants received guidance on the research objectives, survey methodologies, data collection tools, field protocols, and quality assurance procedures.

Representing VisionSpring, Geoffrey Njuguna, Global Evaluation and Research Manager, attended the session virtually, while Susanta Sarkar Subho, Senior Manager, and Md. Mohaiminul, Camp Implementation Lead, attended in person. On behalf of MOMODa FOUNDATION, Md. Jasim Uddin, Chairman, Md. Enamul Haque, Executive Director, and Md. Rahidul Islam, Associate Senior Manager (Research) attended the training, with the technical sessions conducted by Md. Rahidul Islam.

On 8 July 2026, MOMODa FOUNDATION successfully conducted the 1st day of the 5-day Household Survey Training for the project "Household and Business Surveys to Evaluate the Impact of Dhaka Metro Rail" at the NGO Forum Auditorium, Dhaka.

The training session focused on equipping field personnel with essential knowledge, survey methodologies, data collection techniques, and practical guidelines to ensure effective and high-quality household survey implementation. Through interactive discussions and practical sessions, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the survey tools, field protocols, and data quality standards required for successful survey ex*****on.

During the training session, Md. Jasim Uddin, Chairman of MOMODa FOUNDATION, Md. Enamul Haque, Executive Director, along with other research and training facilitators, joined the session and shared valuable guidance and insights with the participants. Their presence and leadership contributed significantly to creating an engaging and effective learning environment.

Contract Signing Successfully Completed between VisionSpring Bangladesh Ltd. & MOMODa FOUNDATION

The contract signing between VisionSpring Bangladesh Ltd. and MOMODa FOUNDATION has been officially completed for the project titled "Implementing Evaluation Research on Demand Generation Effectiveness, Training Effectiveness, Field Adherence, Implementation Fidelity, and Customer Experience for the Reading Glasses for Improved Livelihoods (RGIL) Program."

This partnership marks an important milestone in strengthening evidence-based program implementation and evaluation. Through this collaboration, the research will assess the effectiveness of demand generation activities, training quality, field adherence, implementation fidelity, and customer experience under the Reading Glasses for Improved Livelihoods (RGIL) Program. The findings will generate valuable insights to improve program performance, enhance service delivery, support informed decision-making, and contribute to better vision care and sustainable livelihood outcomes in Bangladesh.

বিশেষ যোগ্যতা ও শর্তাবলী

১। নিজস্ব স্মার্ট ফোন থাকতে হবে।

২। SurveyCTO তে সার্ভে করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

৩। সার্ভে শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত কাজ করার চুক্তিনামায় স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে।

৪। ঢাকা সিটিতে কাজ করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।

৫। উভয় সিটিতে (উত্তর ও দক্ষিন) কাজ করার আগ্রহ থাকতে হবে।

৬। টিমের অধীনে কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।

৭। সপ্তাহে ৬ দিন কাজ করতে হবে।

৮। প্রতিদিনের টার্গেট প্রতিদিন পূরণ করতে হবে।

৯। ট্রেনিংয়ে ভালো পারফরমেন্স দেখাতে হবে।

মোট কর্ম দিবসঃ ৪০ দিন প্রায়।
ট্রেনিং শুরুঃ ৮ জুলাই ২০২৬ থেকে।
কাজ শুরুঃ ১৪ জুলাই ২০২৬ থেকে।
সার্ভে ফিল্ডঃ ঢাকা সিটি (উত্তর ও দক্ষিণ)।

গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নির্দেশনা ও নির্বাচন প্রক্রিয়া:
