The government has initiated plans to introduce music, drama, dance, fine arts, and crafts into Bangladesh’s primary school curriculum as part of broader education reforms. Under the initiative, a new textbook titled *Art and Culture* will be introduced for Class IV students from 2027. Officials said these creative subjects will be fully integrated into primary education under the new curriculum framework set to be implemented nationwide in 2028.
