Community Participation and Development

𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠
On 3 February 2026, Community Participation and Development (CPD) hosted the Inception Meeting of “Empowering Urban Volunteers for Local Governance Transparency,” Supported by Accountability Lab (AL), held at the Narayanganj City Corporation (NCC), Narayanganj.
The event marked a significant step toward strengthening local governance through the active participation of Urban Community Volunteers (UCVs). We were honored to have Md. Nur Kutubul Alam, Chief Executive Officer of NCC, as chief guest, along with Md. Moinul Islam, Urban Planner of NCC, NCC staff, and CPD team.
Together, we were seeking the groundwork for a more transparent and accountable urban governance system.

আজ মঙ্গলবার ঢাকা উত্তর সিটি কর্পোরেশন কর্তৃক আয়োজিত গ্রামীন অবকাঠামো রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ (টি আর) প্রকল্পের আওতায় কমিউনিটি পার্টিসিপেশন এন্ড ডেভেলপমেন্ট (সিপিডি)‘র ৬জন সেলাই প্রশিক্ষনার্থীর মাঝে সেলাই মেশিন বিতরন করেন ঢাকা উত্তর সিটি কর্পোরেশন, অঞ্চল-৫ এর আঞ্চলিক নির্বাহী কর্মকর্তা (উপসচিব) জনাব, আ ন ম বদরুদ্দোজা।
