We are deeply saddened to share the tragic passing of Abdur Rahman Emon, he left us this evening by a bike accident in Tongi.

The whole DIUMUNA family is shocked by his sudden death. He was a dedicated team member and a wonderful human being whose contributions will always be remembered.

Our heartfelt condolences to his family and loved ones.
May Allah grant him Jannatul Ferdous.

Across different societies and regions, women still encounter barriers to equal education, fair employment, healthcare access, and meaningful participation in political and decision-making processes. Gender-based violence, discrimination, economic disparity, and systemic inequities remain realities that hinder the progress toward a truly just and inclusive world.

These challenges are not confined to any single country or culture. They are global concerns that demand collective awareness, responsible leadership, and sustained action from governments, institutions, and communities alike.

As a platform dedicated to dialogue, diplomacy, and global awareness, 𝐃𝐈𝐔 𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐃𝐈𝐔 𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐀) believes that addressing these issues requires informed discussion, inclusive policymaking, and the empowerment of voices that have historically been marginalized. In the spirit of Model United Nations, we recognize the importance of multilateral cooperation in advancing gender equality and protecting the rights and dignity of women everywhere.
