Position: Laravel Developer

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.
- Manage databases using MySQL and have a good understanding of SQL.
- Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Use version control systems like Git or SVN to manage code changes.
- Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including project managers, designers, and other developers and clients.
- Have strong attention to detail and be able to write clean, maintainable code.
- Keep up to date with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Job Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of experience in Laravel development.
- Experience with other PHP frameworks such as Laravel, and CodeIgniter is a plus.
- Proficient in managing databases using MySQL and knowledge of SQL.
- Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design patterns.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git and SVN.
- Knowledge of API development and experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Have strong attention to detail and be able to write clean, maintainable code.
- Use testing frameworks like PHPUnit and debugging tools like Xdebug to ensure the quality of the code.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with other team members, including project managers, designers, and other developers and customers.

এটা Traditional ট্রেইনিং প্রোগ্রাম নয়, অফিশিয়াল Environment এ ইন্টার্নশিপের মত করে ৪ মাস শেখানো হবে। এখানে একজন ফুলটাইম মার্কেটারের মত করে ৪ মাস অফিস করতে হবে, মেন্টরিং মডেলে এই ৪ মাসে ফোকাসড হয়ে ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং শেখানো হবে।

যেহেতু আসন সংখ্যা সীমিত, ছোট একটা বেসিক এক্সামের মাধ্যমে আমরা শর্টলিস্ট করব। বেসিক English এবং IQ and Communication Skilss এর উপরে একটা পরিক্ষা নেয়া হবে।
সংক্ষেপে:
Communicative English এ ভাল হতে হবে ।
নির্ভুল ইংলিশে লিখতে জানতে হবে।
ইংলিশে কথা বলতে পারলে অগ্রাধিকার পাবে।
খুব ভাল ইন্টারনেট ব্যবহারকারী হতে হবে।
