They say I am too sensitive. I feel too deeply. I care too much. I get it. It’s not always healthy. But I feel connected to everything, all the time. Someone hurts and I hurt. They fall and my knees shake. They weep and I am there. I can’t help it. And I am learning to be okay with it. To let the whole world in. I think it makes me more human and not less. I am okay if you are not okay with it. I will feel that, too. I will still feel.

How beautiful is the heart of those who go through hell in life and still choose to stay gentle, patient, kind and humble. They really win twice—here and in the hereafter.
