কার কি বা আসে যায়,
একা দেখা আকাশে মেঘে স্মৃতি বায়।
রং বেরঙের যন্ত্রনায়
রেখে যাওয়া সব কল্পনায়,
ক্ষনে ক্ষনে কেঁপে ওঠে অদেখা সময়।

বেলা হারায়, সন্ধ্যাতারায়
সে আসে না আমার কাননে,
সাঁঝ কোকিলা, সুরের দেশে
বলে তাহার কথা গোপনে।
