We are Hiring * Creative Graphic Content Designer *

👉 Eligibility: Fresher’s/Graduate
👉 Job Location: Sector-13, Uttara, Dhaka.
👉 Salary: Negotiable (To be set depending on skills and expertise)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Expert in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
2. Develops engaging, creative, innovative design for websites & software.
3. Design digital media content such as social media posts, logos, banners, blog images, ads, etc.
4. Able to create and develop complete brand books for products/services.
5. Generate innovative ideas and concepts of various promotional activities through digital media.
6. Ensure that resolution of images, color mode, and size of the file for implementation are correct.
7. The ideal candidate should be a creative, self-motivated team player who can work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Develop an overall brand messaging strategy.
9. Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously.
10. Creating concept boards and other visual representations.
11. Ability to collaborate well with other teams to supply top-notch finalized products.
12. Must be able to edit short videos and generate video content ideas.
13. Must be able to source video material for video ideas.

Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience as a graphics designer,
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree,
3. Notable previous experience in digital marketing agency is a plus.
4. Should know the ins and outs of Content & Design Creation Processes.
5. Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
6. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills, and design skills
7. Strong eye for visual composition.
8. Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
9. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design.
10. Able to work completely independently if required.
11. Able to create brand and marketing strategies for products/services.
12. Able to create complete social media profiles for products/services.
