মূল্য: বাংলাদেশি মুদ্রায়, পরিবর্তনশীল হতে পারে।

অন্তর্ভুক্তি ও বর্জন: প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী উল্লেখিত।

তৃতীয় পক্ষের সেবা: The Orient কেবল মধ্যস্থতাকারী।

৩. বাতিল ও সংশোধন ❌

গ্রাহকের বাতিল: লিখিতভাবে করতে হবে।

সংশোধন: চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

The Orient এর বাতিল: বিকল্প বা রিফান্ড।

৪. ভ্রমণ ডকুমেন্টেশন ✈️

বৈধ পাসপোর্ট, ভিসা এবং অনুমতি থাকা গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব।

ফোর্স মেজর: প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক সমস্যা ইত্যাদি।

ভ্রমণ বিমা: প্রস্তাবিত।

১. গ্রাহকের বাতিল:

⏳ ৩০+ দিন আগে: ৫% ফি বাদে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড।

⏳ ১৫–৩০ দিন আগে: ৫০% রিফান্ড।

⏳ ১৫ দিনের কম: রিফান্ড নেই।
