We are pleased to announce that Nirman Design & Developments have been awarded the consultancy for the interior refurbishment of the 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐦 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭, located in Kurmitola, Dhaka Cantonment.

The Palm View Restaurant is an iconic dining destination that is undergoing a comprehensive interior renovation to address its outdated design and functional inefficiencies, aiming to create a more modern, welcoming, and efficient space for its patrons. This refurbishment includes structural upgrades, aesthetic enhancements, and functional improvements across various key areas of the restaurant.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐔𝐩𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬:

• 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐋𝐨𝐛𝐛𝐲:
Revamping the unwelcoming atmosphere, with improvements to signage, lighting, and furniture to create a more inviting entryway.

• 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝟎𝟏:
Complete overhaul of the damaged ceiling, aging materials, and worn-out furniture, including the addition of a new buffet counter and updated table tops for better functionality.

• 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝟎𝟐:
Upgrading the dark lighting and cluttered ceiling treatments, introducing improved lounge areas, and modern storage solutions.

• 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝟎𝟑:
Addressing issues with overbearing dark lighting and poor furniture condition, introducing a more efficient storage solution, and replacing worn table tops and damaged curtains.

• 𝐙𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝟎𝟒:
Refurbishing the severely damaged ceiling and mismatched furniture, alongside the addition of a new BBQ station and storage improvements.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Storage Room:
Significant reorganization and storage upgrades for better functionality and space utilization.

• Toilet Zones:
Complete renovation of the male and female toilet facilities to meet modern standards of comfort and hygiene.

This interior refurbishment project will transform the Palmview Restaurant Golf Garden into a modern, highly functional space, with upgraded aesthetics and improved operational efficiency.
