𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄

We are seeking a proactive and driven Impact X Intern (Strategy & Growth) to support the company’s growth strategy through market research, partnership building, and client engagement. This internship offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic agritech startup environment, gain hands-on experience in business development, and contribute directly to projects that create lasting social impact.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and potential B2B ecosystem partners.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, pitch decks, investor briefs, partnership documents, and investment applications (dilutive and non-dilutive).
• Support outreach to potential clients, partners, investors, and stakeholders through calls, emails, and meeting coordination.
• Coordinate and maintain CRM databases, partnership pipelines, investor contact lists, and due diligence documentation.
• Assist in organizing business development events, workshops, investor meetings, and networking sessions.
• Work closely with communications and product teams to align business development goals with brand messaging and social media content.
• Track and analyze KPIs related to partnerships, customer engagement, and growth initiatives.
• Prepare periodic reports, project updates, and presentations for management, investors, and strategic partners.
• Support investor engagement activities and assist in managing the end-to-end due diligence process, including data room preparation and document coordination.
• Provide analyst support during due diligence cycles—compiling data, verifying documentation, and ensuring timely responses to investor or partner queries.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Final-year students (with only an internship left) or recent graduates in BBA, MBA, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English & Bangla).
• Passion for entrepreneurship, social impact, and technology-driven solutions.
• Basic understanding of sales cycles, partnership development, and client relations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, CRM platforms).
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

ভোর ৫টায় দিনের শুরু তার।
নিজের জন্য নয়, পরিবারের জন্য।
সন্তানের খাবার, কাপড়চোপড়, সংসারের প্রতিটি ছোট-বড় দায়িত্ব নিজের হাতে সামলে তারপর ছুটে আসে অফিসে। কিন্তু অফিসে থেকেও তার মন পড়ে থাকে পরিবারের খোঁজখবরে। কারণ একজন মা কখনোই “ডিউটি অফ” হতে পারে না।

দিন শেষে ক্লান্ত শরীর নিয়ে বাড়ি ফেরা নয়, বরং শুরু হয় আরেক পৃথিবী, ছোট্ট আরণ্যকের সঙ্গে খেলাধুলা, নাচ-গান, গল্প আর ভালোবাসার মুহূর্ত। তাকে দেখে বোঝার উপায় নেই, সে টানা ৮ ঘণ্টা অফিস করেছে। মুখে থাকে এক অদ্ভুত প্রশান্তি, এক অসীম মমতা।

আজ আরণ্যক তিন পেরিয়ে চারে।
হাতের লেখা শিখছে, আর সবচেয়ে বেশি ভালোবাসে মায়ের কাছেই শিখতে। কারণ তার গর্বভরা পরিচয়-
“Mumma’s Boy” ❤️

ছুটির দিনগুলোতেও শ্রাবন্তিকা বিশ্বাস করে Family Quality Time-এ। পরিবারকে নিয়ে ঘুরতে যাওয়া, সিনেমা দেখা, playground-এ সময় কাটানো, সবকিছুতেই তার আনন্দ। কিন্তু একজন মায়ের যত্ন তো কখনো থেমে থাকে না। বাইরে গেলেও সন্তানের জন্য বাইরের খাবার নয়, নিজের হাতেই তৈরি করে biscuit, burger আর নানান প্রিয় খাবার।

গান তার ভালোবাসা, গবেষণা তার passion, আর পরিবার তার পৃথিবী।
একসাথে এতগুলো পরিচয় এত সুন্দরভাবে বহন করা সহজ নয়।
তবুও প্রতিদিন হাসিমুখে সব সামলে চলে সে।
