Job description

During this internship programme you will report to the Accounts Manager, as you will work in close collaboration with him/her on the various financial issues relating to the company. What you will be doing:

Daily transaction monitoring, Daily account report.
Monitoring & up keeping of shipment invoices.
Writing commercial offers.
Victualing / Pay rolling.
Preparing invoice for Clients.
Weekly payment report to the Vendors, Month end report.
Continuous communication with Clients for any account related matters.
Support Accounts Manager if any assistance required.

Desired Skills and Experience

Who we are looking for:

Bachelor student or fresh graduate with a keen interest in Smart Supply Chain Process and ERP module.
Rigorous and organized.
You have good telephone acumen and are able to communicate messages effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer savvy and a good command of office tools (mainly Excel).
No 9-5 mentality.
Fluency in English & Bangla.
