Customers are the most important element for any organization. They are the most important people upon which the success of any business depends. Thus, it is not only important that employees who only face external customers should feel the importance of customer, but the whole organization should understand and exude customer centricity.

Realizing such importance of Customer Centricity and how each employee should have this feeling in their core being, “Customer First” Day has been celebrated across the Telenor Business Units, and also, at Grameenphone and GPIT on 23rd September, 2013. This year the theme was “Learn through engaging Customers”.

The objective of this day was to dedicate our efforts, time and resource to our Customers. The essence was to take one whole day to realize and find ways to make each customer feel special. It was also a day to remind ourselves that they are the only reason why we exist and from who we can learn.
