ওপারে খরচ এত বেড়ে গেছে যে কৃষি ব্যাংকের সময়োপযোগী পদক্ষেপটা সত্যিই প্রশংসার দাবি রাখে!
কিন্তু আশ্চর্যের বিষয় হলো, এমন একটি দরকারি উদ্যোগও এই দেশে সমালোচনার মুখে পড়ছে! দেশটা যেন কোন দিকেই যাচ্ছে না!
