We are offering Paid Internship Opportunity in it's Technical Support Department for US based clients.Advancement of this role is based purely on merit,delivered results and proven capabilities. Incumbents will be trained to flourish their career in the Software Industry.

Responsibilities:

*Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
*Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
*Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
*Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues

Requirements:

*BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills are must !
