𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐬: full-time

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Strong sense of space management and lead the interior design process, ensuring the project's vision aligns with client needs, budget, and sustainability goals.
• Develop initial design concepts, mood boards, and visual aesthetics for new interior or renovations.
• Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models (using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, 3dmax etc.)
• Introduce creative design solutions that meet functional, aesthetic, and environmental requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and other team members, providing direction and support in the design and ex*****on phases.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time.
• Conduct meetings with clients, need to visit projects, Collaboration & Report to CRM department to discuss project requirements and updates.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Education: Bachelor/Masters in Architecture or Interior design from well reputed University.
• Experience needed: Must have 3+ years experience in Interior Design Sector.
• Age must be below 30 years.
• Strong proficiency in architectural software, such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent design and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Must be fluent in English Language.
• Leadership and team collaboration abilities.
