Institute of Public Finance Bangladesh (IPF) launched 11th ‘Budget Management Specialist Course (BMS)’ on Wednesday, 7th December, 2016. Twenty five senior and mid-level government officials from different ministries, divisions, directorates and departments are participating in this three week long flagship course of IPF. Honorable Additional Secretary of Finance Division, Ministry of Finance Mr. Jalal Ahmed inaugurated the course as the chief guest in the launching ceremony. Mr. Mohammad Muslim Chowdhury, Additional Secretary of Finance Division, Ministry of Finance was also present in the occasion as the special guest. Director General of IPF and Joint Secretary of Finance Division, Ministry of Finance Mr. Habibur Rahman presided over the ceremony.
