Job Summary:
BuildUp Solutions is looking for a smart and motivated Executive, Operations to support Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Project Management activities. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and reporting skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support sales, marketing, and business development activities.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Assist in lead generation, client communication, and follow-up activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain operational records and support daily business functions.

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• MBA/BBA from a recognized university will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
• 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Operations, or Project Management.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply.

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and project management activities.
