Surjer Hashi Clinic in Moulavibazar launches Emergency Obstetric Care (EmOC) services on May 28, 2012 coinciding with Safe Motherhood Day. The clinic upgraded its capacity recently from a vital clinic (ESD facilities) to an ultra clinic (normal delivery and C-section facilities) to provide more value added services to the customers

These health cards offer five free consultations to each mason and his family. In addition, each mason's family can receive free family planning and immunization services.
