OFFICER TRAINEE - ACCOUNTS

Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of Cash Flow Statement (Annual & Monthly).
Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers, and Employees Register.
Must ensure on time preparation & submission of actual receipt & payment statement of each company separately on Monthly / Half Yearly / Yearly basis to the reporting authority.
Bank Reconciliation.
Must co-ordinate with the Accounts Department to obtain the daily banking transaction records.
Updating company Accounting Software and preparation of different reports as required by the Management and any other related jobs as assigned by the Head of the Department as well as Management.
Calculation of Vat & AIT & ensure proper treatment of them in to Accounts.
Should have competency on computer based accounting system advanced knowledge in Excel,MS Word, e-mailing.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
Skills Required: Accounting, Accounts and Finance, Finance/ Accounts
