Requirements

Education
∙Bachelor’s Degree in EEE/Telecommunication/CSE or related field.
∙Certification in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) will be considered as an additional qualification.
∙Vendor certifications will be considered as an additional qualification.

Experience
∙1 to 3 years
∙The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled
Service, Computer Hardware/Network Companies

Additional Requirements
∙1–3 years of experience in surveillance/security systems (CCTV, Access Control,
Networking).
∙Hands-on experience with surveillance equipment installation, configuration, and
troubleshooting.
∙Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, Uniview, Lilin, or ITC surveillance products.
∙Knowledge of VMS/ANPR systems and integration with access control.
∙Basic knowledge of computer networking (IP addressing, switches, routers, etc.).
∙Good communication and problem-solving skills.
∙Ability to work independently and in a team under pressure.
∙Willingness to travel for project deployments.

Responsibilities & Context
∙Design, install, configure and maintain security surveillance with IP PA systems (CCTV, IP
Cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, ANPR, FR, Access Control, PA System etc.).
∙Perform site surveys, prepare BOQs and ensure project implementation as per requirements in both Surveillance & PA System.
∙Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software/network issues related to surveillance & PA systems.
∙Coordinate with clients for technical requirements, installation progress and handover documentation.
∙Provide remote and onsite technical support, including preventive and corrective
maintenance.
∙Work closely with the project and presales teams to ensure timely project ex*****on and commissioning.
∙Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
∙Stay updated with the latest surveillance, security & PA technology trends.
