Back from summer? As we get back into work mode, we wanted to share a powerful insight from Shati Hossain on our Women in Leadership panel:

◙ PIE-Performance, Image, Exposure. Only 10% is performance; 90% is how you’re seen and who sees you. The real impact comes from Image (how others perceive your capability and potential) and Exposure (getting the right visibility with the right people).

◙ Operate at your next level. Think strategically, embrace opportunities that stretch you, and anticipate the consequences of not acting. The difference between good and outstanding often comes down to visibility, impact, and action.
