Position: Digital Media Planner & Buyer
Department: Digital Marketing
Employment Type: Full-time (On Agency Payroll)
Work Assignment: Leading Global Technology Brand
We invite applications from qualified, performance-driven, and analytically strong professionals for the position of Digital Marketing Executive. This role is ideal for individuals who possess strategic thinking capability along with hands-on expertise in paid media ex*****on and performance optimization.
The selected candidate will be deployed under agency payroll and will work closely with the brand’s Digital Marketing team to drive measurable business impact across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
▪ Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google and TikTok
▪ Monitor and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) including Reach, Engagement Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, and ROAS
▪ Conduct audience segmentation, A/B testing, and full-funnel optimization
▪ Coordinate with creative, content, and media partners to ensure timely and high-quality campaign ex*****on
▪ Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with data-driven insights and strategic recommendations
▪ Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and retail-driven activations
▪ Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, digital trends, and performance marketing best practices
▪ Ensure proper conversion tracking, pixel setup, and campaign measurement accuracy
▪ Develop social content plan and manage calendar accordingly
▪ Gude agency and designer for content development based on key focus product with copy and creative brief
▪ Plan and coordinate short format content production and influencer management
Required Qualifications
▪ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
▪ 2–4 years of professional experience in Digital Marketing or Media Buying
▪ Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics
▪ Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance reporting
▪ Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills
Preferred Experience
▪ Experience working with consumer electronics or technology brands
▪ Understanding of full-funnel performance marketing strategy
▪ Familiarity with CRM integration, conversion tracking, and remarketing setup
