We’re Hiring: Field Activation Officer (Contractual)

📍 Work in Your Own Area | Narsingdi, Narayanganj, Gazipur, Tangail, Manikganj, Kishoreganj, Cumilla

BhcJobs is expanding! We are looking for serious and hardworking individuals who can work in the field and help job seekers connect with verified Saudi opportunities.

💼 Your Role:
✔ Register job seekers daily (Target: 30/day)
✔ Promote BhcJobs in local markets & communities
✔ Guide candidates about overseas job process
✔ Conduct awareness sessions (Haat/Bazar level)

🎯 Requirements (Strict):
• Age: 21–30
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Must be comfortable with field work.
• Failure to achieve the target will lead to salary deduction.
• Continuously failure to achieve the target will lead to contact termination.
• If anyone is unable to collect data and conduct sessions, they will not be entitled to receive their salary.

🚫 Zero Tolerance Policy:
• No money collection from candidates
• No false promises (job/visa)
• Must follow company guidelines strictly

💰 Compensation:
• Salary: BDT 12,000/month
• Daily Allowance: BDT 150
• Incentives on successful Saudi deployment
