They are:

1) Deliveries might take 3-7 business days.

2) You must check the parcel in front of the delivery man, no complains would be taken otherwise.

3) All our prices are fixed, kindly do not bargain.

4) No refunds or exchanges if the fault (wrong product, broken product etc.) isn't from our side.

5) Cancelling orders once booked is strictly prohibited.
