No kneed croissant bread at home

Breakfast Bread 🥐

Warm milk 100ml
Yeast 1tsp
Sugar 1/2tbs
Yogurt 2tbs
Egg (small) 1pc
Butter 2tsp
Flour 300 -350 gm
Salt 1tsp

👉mix all the liquid ingredients along with sugar yeast and 15gm of flour
👉make sure milk is not too hot
👉mix and cover for 10minute
👉then add remaining flour & salt
👉make a dough and cover for 30 minute or until double in size
👉then shape as shown and let them proof for another 10 /15 minute
👉brush some egg or milk, sprinkle sesame seed
👉bake at 180⁰ for 15/20 minutes
👉when you take the bread out cover for 10minute & brush some melted butter on top for shiny look
👉and enjoy..with your breakfast .. 💜
